Biography
Dentist Rabia Mutlu was born in Diyarbakır in 1996. She graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry and has attended numerous scientific congresses and seminars. A member of the Turkish Dental Association, she focuses on prosthetic, restorative and endodontic treatments and minor surgical procedures.
